This is probably a stupid question but is it ok for me to mix my creatine and protein together in 1 shake. I would rather drink them both together pwo since I'm getting sick of drinking so many shakes per day.

creatine eventually breaks down when left in liquid too long. not sure the time frame though.
just scoop the creatine in your mouth and shoot it down with your shake. (plain monphydrate or creapure creatine only, i wouldnt scoop cell tech in my mouth)
If your making your shake only like an hour or so before you drink it it should be fine to mix them. If you let it sit to long the creatine does start to break down.
I've been hearing conflicting reports on this...I've heard that absorption won't be as complete due to all the branched chain AA's in the protein fighting to be absorbed first.

Could I have been thinking glutamine vs. glutamic acid?
