Ok guys, this is the deal. Im on the quest for mass, (who isnt?) and I wanted to make sure that my diet covers the needs for my lifestyle.
Here we go: stats are 6'2". 214 pounds. 15% bodyfat. Lifting 3 years.
My diet in no particualr order. (Except the shakes are usually morning and post workout)
Protien Shake (home made)=600 cals
7 egg whites =100 cals
2 slices whole w/toast =140
11/2 cups oatmeal = 145
2 chicken breats = 280
2 potatoes (medium/large) = 400
2 cans of tuna =260
1 cup pasta =300
Protien shake = 600
Big Herb Cookie (awsome) = 900
---------------------------------
Total calories 3725 cals
Some days, when I have time I throw in some salmon/ sole fish with rice
Other than training and some cardio, my day is spent being completetly inactive. My weight is going up on all my lifts, which is good but I wanted to make sure that at my height and current weight, am I taking in enough calories and soes my diet look alright in terms of the foods Im eating? Any suggestions will be taken into consideration.
One more quick quesiton, is it possible to gain wieght (as in fat) and automatically assume that you are taking in enough calories for muscle growth? Or can someone get fat without gaining lean muscle mass, (while training, of coarse)?
Thanks bros, always appreciated.
