    sodium intake

    ok before i start my cycle i wanted to know how much sodium is bad and what I should keep my daily sodium intake to.

    should the sodium intake be around 2500mg a day or lower then that?

    Are you trying to keep the bloating down of strictly worried about BP.

    im going to start my test enat cycle so I want to keep bloating to a min.

    I'd say first off to make sure you drink about 1.5 - 2 gallons of water per day. You can then see if you are eating too much salt by keeping your water consistent.

    As well, try rotating one gallon of distilled water for every two gallons of regular spring water.

    Thats what I would say. Except the distilled thing. Why is that Swole? Thats a new one on me.

    2 gallons of water a day...thats crazy as of now i drink about 64 oz a day and i cant handle it lol

    Distilled water has no minerals @ all in it. When consumed in the quantity of about a gallon or so per day, you'll find you pee A LOT more than usual w/regular water, so give it a shot. One cannot drink distilled water all the time as his/her source of water, as w/out minerals you are basically hurting your body by drinking too much of this, as it also makes you pee out a lot of water and minerals from within the body. Just a trick I picked up from a pro in Sacramento about 2 years ago.
