    Steak

Is it bad to eat steak if your trying to lose weight and cut up?

If you can eat it, how many times a week and what kind (porterhouse, rib eye, etc.)?

Also, how much protein, carbs, and fat are in a porterhouse steak?

From posts i've read most ppl cutting usually lay off the beef and just go with chicken. But I dunno for sure, try and pm Tobey or MBH, if you get no good answers. Check out this thread here .

Nothing builds flesh like red meat!!!! Full of creatine, b vitamins, iron, etc.

Your own dietary approach will dictate how/when to include it, but it's a staple of my dietary intake, and I've never been more yoked or in better health to date!

I remember the old days of chicken and pasta in the 80's. When fat was the devil. Now a days red meat works in most diets.

Nothing like a big fat red juicy steak while cutting. MMMM... L-Carnitine.

Steak- any cut has 0 carbs. It is full of protien. If you are cutting through low carb, it is the perfect food - any cut. Now, stay away from the kethchup and steak sauce, cause that stuff is really bad 4 you.
