Low fat or fat while in maintnance

I am not tring to get big or loose fat right now. I was wondering, is it better to eat low fat stuff or fatty stuff.


Examples:

miarcle whip or Real Mayo
fat free cheese or regular cheese
low fat salad dressing or regular salad dressing
skim milk, or whole milk
margarine or real butter


You get the point.

People have different views, but if it were up to me on the following items i would say;

miracle whip, fat free cheese, low fat dressing, skim milk, and margarine.

Remember that some fats are just useless and detrimental.

I have a totally different take on this.

I'd utilize the fats in the diet and the fats in those products, as fats are quite anabolic to the body. Worried about fat storage? Simply do not include the fatty products w/carbs in the same meal, and you have nothing to worry about.

All those fat free products have TONS OF ADDED SUGAR to make up for the missing taste that fat provides. That's worse than the fat itself!!!!!

Milk of anykind is ****ty, all the carbs in it are pure sugar (lactose). We (humans) are the only species on earth that drinks the milk of another animal. What does that tell you................??
