after calculating the amount of sodium in my diet for bulking, I consume up to 3500 mg of sodium a day! is this fine or should i lower what i consume? Im 5'11 165 lbs if tht helps.

I have always wondered what was the over kill amount of sodium
Sodium is of no issue in dietary intake unless:
1) U have high blood pressure and it's your doc's orders
2) U are in the final week before a show or photoshoot
