Before : ECA stack for energy, with my previous meal coming about 1.5-2 hours earlier.
After: dextrose/isolate/r-ala/biotin/vs/possibly glutamine.

swole...is it ok to throw in a protien shake about 30-45 min. before workout...just about 35-40g w/some water...thanks...

Yeah, it's "fine", but keep in mind that it will depend on what the other meals over the course of the day look like. It's easy to say it's fine, but relative to what......see what I mean?
