    How much cardio when bulking?

    How much cardio should i do a week? Should i do AM cardio at low intensity for 45 minutes? Also how should my calorie intake vary from my of days and training days? Thanks.

    Stats/goals/history/current routine/current diet/ how carb sensitive are you/etc. etc.
