*for my shakes i have only listed what the mix itself carries with it..i plan on mixing it with something..i have jus yet to decide what..more than likely fruit of some sort..so that will raise my carbs and kcals a little..not much tho...(BTW if any of you have any good ideas to mix my shake with let me know please)
But as far as my diet that is how i have it laid out thus far...i have yet to buy this stuff....so if anything needs to be changed...i can do so...
