Just about to order CLA & ALC ive seen both of these in powder form or Capsules.
I think it would be better ordering CLA in oil capsules rather than in powder form. What do you all think? Not to sure about ALC powder or capsules?

Has anyone used CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) in powder form instead of oil in capsules. Anybody??
