Coffee
all you coffee drinkers out there, do you use equal, splenda, or sweet and low to sweeten your coffee....i was wondering if this stuff would affect a diet to any degree. thanks for the replies

Splenda indeed. Negligible impacts on nutrition on artificial sweeteners, unless you eat 100+ packets daily.

coffee is the only other think i drink beside water...using a good flavored kind witha few equals kills any sweet cravings i would have.

yea crystal lite is another good one, for me it's almost too sweet so i can cut it with more water...get more out of the servings and still kill the sweet craving..oh yea and fruit 2 O isnt bad either.
