    Chicken potpie ?

    i just ate a pepperidge farms chicken pot pie and damn was it good . check out the nutrition.


    calories 900 !!! unga !
    total fat 52g
    saturated fat 16g
    sodium 2140 mg
    total carbos 80g
    protien 24 g

    how many of these you think i could allow myself a week because those a-holes at pepridge farms know how to f#*k up my diet.

    That fat is high!! I only take in about 18-20g of Sat Fat a day and you just eat it in 1 serving!!

    Limit it to a cheat day but if you can cut it out totally

    The fat content is high, but I've seen worse. At 52 grams for 900 calories total, that makes a fat content of 52% (52 gm. x 9 cal. per fat gm.) and total sat fat of 16% (same formula).

    BUT: The maximum recommended daily sodium intake for anyone (regardless of how many calories you take in per day) is 2,400 mg. At 2,140 mg., you've almost blown a full day's wad.

    My advice, with tongue in cheek: If you've got to do Pepperidge Farm, stick with the cookies.
