You need to post up a mock diet for us to take a look at and critique. Off the top you need WAAAAAAY more protein. At least 300 on a cycle like that.
Meal 1 shake 600 cals 52 pr and 82 carbs
meal 2 steak and bagel 550 cals 42 pr 46 carbs
meal 3 tuna/bagel 420 cals 42 pr 46 carbs
meal4 shake 600cals 52 pro 82 carbs
meal 5 cheat food 600 cals 35 pr 50 carbs
meal 6 shake 300 cals 30 pro
i agree up the protein to 300+ how many cycles have you done? how old are you?

solid, liquid, solid, liquid, solid, liquid. No harm there provided those liquid meals are slow digesting forms of proteins, or contain healthy fats to slow digestion.
