11am: big mac combo supersized W/ hot fudge sundee
12am: Slurpee from the 7-11 w/ large bag of doritos
2pm: 15 piece bucket of KFC W/ Dairy queen blizzard after
4pm: medium 2 topping pizza from pizza hut W/ Large order of cheese bread.
GYM
7pm: 3pc Fish n Chips extra tartar sauce
7:30pm: Ice cream
11pm: 6 scoop protien shake with chocolate sauce, peanut butter, crisco oil. and homoginized milk.
12pm: BED
What do ya say guys???? Good Diet! ive gained 65 pounds of pure fat on it, and not an ounce of strength or muscle! I think its working great.
