What is the best maltodextrin and Dextrose and where to get it from? Also what mixture is good for a PWO Shake. Also is it good to add creatine and use it a delivery agent as well.

it is all the same it doesnt matter, corn sugar is corn sugar. There is no grades..

if you're looking for ratios, you can go 1:1 ratio of malto to dextrose

and yes, you can add creatine at that point
