While i'm waiting for swoledup2, i've been trying to eat well to bulk. I am 5'11 170lbs and on my off day i consumed
1/2 cup of Oats
1 scoop whey
3 egg whites 1 whole egg
2 scoops whey
1 tblspoon Flax
1 can tuna
1 tblsp Mayo
orange
2 scoops whey
1 tblspoon flax
7 oz Beef round
1 cup brocolli and spinach
All together i consumed about 50g Fat, 47 g Carbs, and 237g protein should i up the carbs a bit? or leave it as is since today was my off day?
