my old diet plan (still keeping the same cardio/weight trainning schedule)

Old diet

i took the advice, cut all the soy. eating oatmeal. having chicken twice as much. why i cut the low GI fruit (i dont know?)

again i am 18 years old.. 179lbs, 5'8" with a 38" waist.. BF is around 17-20

i was told taking something sweet like grapes after a workout will replenish the glycogen stores or something. other wise taking a protein drink will just run straight through your body.
