Totally horrid.
Cereal and milk before bed after working out?
Chicken breast OR potato? WTF?? One is protein, one is a carb.........doing cardio after eating a potato is ridiculous.
I'd read some other threads and get some ideas. Then again, if you "have no time to cook/eat more" as you stated, why bother. You'll only get out what you put in, and from the looks of it, I'd just play X-box!

1. If I eat chicken breast before cardio its ok because its protein, eat of carb (potato) before.... is fine
A potato is not that much a good choice off carb before training , by the way there is different kind of potatos, be carefull
2. Dont eat milk and cereal before going bed, is better .....
never eat them at all, totaly sucks, does not do anything great for your body
3. Tequila is bad, beer is bad, ....... is good
[B]yeah, both bad,
4. and again, what is that of SHaKE, PRO SHAKE??
a Shake is protein powder that you can buy on the net or on any supplement store, its mixed with water most off the time... it help you have more protein, its a supllement.... this is needed when it comes to bb'ing, youll beter buy some...

CAPS..............
1. If I eat chicken breast before cardio its ok because its protein, eat of carb (potato) before.... is fine
IDEALLY, CARDIO IS USED TO BURN EXCESS BODYFAT. CONSUMING ANYTHING 2 HOURS OR SO BEFORE CARDIO (NO CARBS FOR SURE) WON'T HELP YOUR EFFORTS AT ALL.
2. Dont eat milk and cereal before going bed, is better .....
TRY A GOOD POST-WORKOUT CARB/PROTEIN MEAL, OR FAT/PROTEIN IF YOU HAVE NOT WORKED OUT. CAPN CRUNCH AIN'T GONNA GET IT DONE.
3. Tequila is bad, beer is bad, ....... is good
WATER MAN.......ARE YOU AN ALCOHOLIC?? SERIOUSLY, ALCOHOL IS MENTIONED IN EVERY POST......MUST BE IMPORTANT IN SOME REGARD, BUT WON'T HELP YA!
4. and again, what is that of SHaKE, PRO SHAKE??
PROTEIN SHAKE.......IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT A PROTEIN SHAKE IS THEN YOU'RE IN FOR A LONG DRAWN OUT EXPERIENCE.
