I don't know which is better as I have no experience w/powder, but I love flax oil's properties.

yeah thats a good questiong.. i bought flax seeds and grinded them down and put a teaspoon in my oatmeal.. is there a diffrence between oil and powder..?

I have tried 3 different brands of flax seed oil. Do you guys know of any that dont have such a strong "fishy" taste? The ones I have used have pretty much destroyed the taste of anything Ive added it to.
