Hey looking at a lot of cuts of steaks, there are only a few lean red meats, but can i eat other cuts that hold more fat like almost to a 1:1 ratio?
I do, but my diet allows for me to do that. You want to make sure that you can fit it in where it won't hurt you, but help you.

what time of day would it be ideal to eat steak? For example, i sort of broke the eating cycle you layed out for me, by eating about 5 oz of lean ground beef an hour and 15 minutes after my PPWO meal, and an orange an hour after that. Will this hurt me in any way?
See the other thread...........if you are bulking, then it really doesn't matter.
