    Question ckd question?

    For those of you that have done a ckd diet or any other cutting diet, what is the easiest way to count calories so that you know you are eating a specific amount? I'm trying to go at 2000 calories.

    You can find a calorie calculator here:

    Punch in what your eating and it shows you the ratio of carbs/protien/fats per serving.
