natural peanut butter is a good start bro
Kraft dinner has almost 800 cal , 30 of which are protein and the rest is carbs, plus a little fat 10g
And you can make it in 15min!![]()

When I worked up your deit, I included the formulas ect for you needed to detemine what precentages of each nutirional nutrient you needed. ( Protien, fat, ect) Be careful. Increaseing your calories is cool, but you need them in the proper balance. Just any type of calories will not do. Take a look back at your diet, look for the substance, not what is just easy to fix. You'll hit yor goals much faster that way.

The only thing I cook daily would be chicken, fish, steak, etc.. If they have the George Forman grills where you are, I would suggest you pick one up. Quick, easy, and not hard to clean up after.

I cook a dozen chicken breasts or steaks at a time, freeze aroudn half keep the others at my beckon call for when i need some grub.
