next week i may implement a new diet.. first seeing how this weeks goes..
are these good choices to have on a cutting diet? trying to lose BF % as a main goal.
oat meal
grape fruit
orange
green apple
rice
green beans (cut them up into 1/2 inch and boil)
romane lettuce
from what i've read so far.. i plan on taking whey isolate with dex after workout than have rice and chicken breast an hr or so after.. than 2hrs before bed, 1/2 cup cottage cheese
is cottage cheese a good choice? low carb, low fat.. high protein.. and its the slower digesting protein
