    hey fella's here's my revised diet...tell me what u think





    BULKING DIET

    is it that good that it needs no replies..no critics? if thats the case..im going to get a U.S. patent tom..

    Boy does that diet really make me miss bulking season. Everything looks good...my only suggestion is up your protein to at least 400 grams a day. And if your putting on a lot of fat cut back on the carbs. Good luck,

    anyone else out there have any suggestions..?

    and US....you honestly think i need to up my protein to 400...that would be 2.5 x amount of protein per lb. of lean body mass......its only suppose to be around 1-1.5....correct???

    anyways fella;s critisize it a lil more.i need some input.haha

    Well, it really depends on many factors, specifically whether your on the juice or not. If your not on...have at least 2 times your bodyweight. It comes out to be 380 grams of protein a day. I would make that # the minimum amount. Let me know if you need further explanation.

    I would drop the banana out of meal 2 and only consider using it post workout.
