Just started taking in 1/2 cup of dextrose post-workouts. I was just woundering how much is needed? I usually have a sweet tooth but 1/2 cup in a mug of water does it for me. That's about 75g of carbs?

I belive its closer to 100g I personally take 1/4 cup

You guys realize it differs for EVERYONE. There is never a set amount, and it depends on all your other meals that day as well. (Prior and after)
1/2 cup is 75 grams of carbs...............measure it, it is.
