meal1-Oatmeal,Muffin[ham and low fat cheese]
meal2-Protein shake,yogurt,Banana
meal3-2 chicken salad sandwiches,brown rice
meal4-Pre Workout,Oatmeal
meal5-Post Workout,protein shake,Banana
meal6-Dinner,Steak,Salad,Potatoes,vegies
meal7-Before Bed,Low fat ice cream,Protein shake.
