hard night...
for the first time i had done am cardio yesterday...
here is the story,
my firts meal is suposed to be oatmeal, but i switched it up for a pro/fat meal to promote fat burning...
these oatmeal where my only carb source of the day (non-lifting day)
so i did not had any carb ( only from veggies) all day long
at night, i never felt so bad,
my hand where all sweat
my heart rate was around 110 (i was into the bed!!!)
i felt like i needed to puke
for 1 hrs i felt like carp this way.. i was freaking out
IMO i think it is the lack of carb that causes that... what do to you think ? overtraining?
(im 3 weeks in, cutting cycle, 4-5 pounds lost)
today i feel great, my heart rate is perfect...

What did your fat intake look like?
If you had green veggies, and your fats were up to par, you should feel just fine.

So you had fats at every meal in a good amount?
Many do have a period where their bodies need to adjust to not being sugar ridden all the time, but your body does eventually flip that switch. I say give it time.

When I am closing in on my last few weeks I sometimes experience the same symptoms as you are describing. However my symtoms I can directly relate to low blood sugar.
What I do in this case is take a teaspoon of natural honey or natural maple syrup and that usually does the trick.

When going from eating carbs to low to no carbs I experience this for a few days but thna my body gets used to it as I slowly lower my carbs and raise my fats....

Maybe, your metabolism went into overdrive looking for an energy source. Since no sugar was in your blood levels, your body got confused where to go for energy and started scrambling for the next best thing...fat. Thats maybe why you experienced a jolt in your metabolism. Again its just my speculation bro...I'm no expert or anything. If it becomes a daily thing...I would go see a doc.
Good advice given from the other guys. Its probably your body making an adjustment as Swole alluded to and a tsp of honey/syrup shall do the trick as Shredz said (if that is the problem). As for myself I like to throw a high cal day in my diet during the week...where I jack up my fat intake to at least 30% of my total cals. I tried it for the last month or so and it has been working well.
