Since i started body building and tryed on eat as much as i can, my appitite has gone, i dont even feel like ever eating, maybe 1 meal at the end of the day and i eat so slow, it would take me about 1hour to eat a meal. My eatting speed was so fast, i use to kill it at the dinner table but now iam the last one finished about 20mins after everyone else has.
Is this a common thing?
So i force myself to eat meals and i can only do 3-4 a day.![]()
