    Unhappy Hard To Eat

    Since i started body building and tryed on eat as much as i can, my appitite has gone, i dont even feel like ever eating, maybe 1 meal at the end of the day and i eat so slow, it would take me about 1hour to eat a meal. My eatting speed was so fast, i use to kill it at the dinner table but now iam the last one finished about 20mins after everyone else has.

    Is this a common thing?

    So i force myself to eat meals and i can only do 3-4 a day.

    It may take a little time for you to get use to a diet. Your stomach will soon streach enough to accomdate your new diet. You are probaly just to full at the end of the day which is a good thing sense you need to limit the caloric intake you take in at this time anyway. Keep your chin up! Your getting there man, one day at a time.

    Dude,

    lack of appetite is a classic symptom of overtraining.. .. how much weights and cardio work you doing bro? Are you getting enough sleep?

    Do you feel demotivated and lethargic?

    Yeah i havent been sleeping good since it school holiday breaks.

    I do weights 2-3 times a week.

    try spreading your meals every 3 hrs , eat 3 solid meals and 3 protein shakes .....should be ok...i have a feeling you are eating too much at one meal or the other.. make them smaller but more consistant....try eating or shake immediately after w/out and also try adding another day or two in your training ... the extra work will have u eating more.....take care bro !

    Everybody goes through that stage at sometime or another.Just take in more shakes until your appetite picks up

    this could be a number of things bro ... go get a quick check up at your doctors ....

    You may also be eating to much at one time ....

    6 small meals a day ..... watch over carbs or protein at any one time ...

    a 300 calorie protein drink can be 1 meal .... those will o thru you in an hour easy .... you may be taking a high calorie protien like the mistaken hundreds do ... like 1600 calories of BLOAT ....
    better watch out for those ....

    Graze like a cow .......Just eat little and often you will be amazed how much you will eat in a day...(YOU NEVER SEE A SMALL COW)
