Hi guys, I'm an 18 year old male, 5' 11", weigh 226 lbs., and I recently started working out. I want to lose a few pounds by June. I was wondering, does the Atkin's diet work?
Also, will an ephedra-based supplement like Stacker 3 help me lose weight quicker? I'm aiming at about 1-2 pounds per week. Any help is appreciated.
