Lipolysis can continue for a while after you cease cardio, yes, dependent upon what your first meal is.

most people say an hour after cardio untill you eat.
I always say you should wait as long as possible before you eat.
I thought maybe your body would be burning mostly fats as fuels as you went about your daily routine. I'm sure waiting too long would be catabolic, was just wondering how to manipulate this. My first meal is always protein/carb, identical to my post weight training meal. All other meals are mainly pro/fat.
I usully feel hungry after am cardio so i wait out about an hour or a bit over. I just come home shower and then eat. Its been very benificial for me..
