Very structured and well thought out.
Just a few changes IMO but others may vary. I am not sure how the gear comes into play but for pure cutting I would...

Drop the milk. Use water (you'll adapt to it).
Replace meal 3 with meal 6 and vice versa.
Add flax oil to #2 and #4.
Add simple carbs with #5. (ie. dextrose)
Use some supplemental assistance. (ie. ALA/Biotin, Vanadyl, etc...)

Drop the winny and add test. Actually post your cycle in the Steroid section along with your stats, age, etc...

What's wrong with milk? Isn't it beneficial to mix your whey in skim milk b/c of the added 8g of protein and 90 calories?

Like the gurus will tell you, check the carbs and sugar. I can't remember off the top of my head but skim milk is like 14g of carbs and 14g of sugar per 8oz. That means all carbs in that milk are derived from sugar. Not ideal for cutting or gaining lean mass for that matter.

If you want to add protein and calories to a shake, why not just add more powder to your water? LOL!!!!

One of the benefits of flax oil is to help slow down digestion a bit.
