I like crystal light and the sugar free Wyler's stuff (cheaper). Also, Kool Aid with splenda.
But are all these diet drinks
good with all these aaditivies and **** like that
ill prob just have 1 with dinner
shouldnt hurt
Crystal light and Wylers are the same - wyler's will save you some $. They are excellent.
but guys are there limits of how much of this stuff u can drink to it starts to affect the diet
Additives do suck but it's hard to avoid them.good with all these aaditivies and **** like that
I drink about 2L of diet drinks a day and don't seem to be hurt by them. It all depends on how strict you have to keep your diet for yourself. For me, I have plenty of fat to shed so I don't have a problem adding too many diet drinks.
Your diet would have to be totally IMPECCABLE for diet drinks of any sort to screw you up. Having said that, there will be errors in your daily breakdown that will cause problems far before any of these drinks would.

water will always be my #1 choice of drink but know may be at lunch and dinner have a glass of crystal light thanx guys swole i waitin 4 u on this 1 LOL thanx guys
Got to be careful with diet drinks as well. By law, the manufacturers are not required to write the caloric value for a food or drink if it is less than 5 calories. They can write "0" for the amount. Just something to keep in mind.
well im just gonna drink them when im feeling like i need something beside water...........these drink are not going top be a main part of my diet
i take in a good amount of diet drinks and use splenda with my coffee and it hasnt hindered my results in a noticable manner.
