ive been following this plan: UNoffical "How to Cut" thread and sample diet... for the last 7 weeks and have seen some good results....I have lost quite alot of fat from my stomach, however i have a little stubborn patch at my belly button area and i cant seem to get rid of it...kinda corny but im heading to the beach (mexico) in 9 days and was wondering if there is any plan i should follow that can get rid of this tiny last but of fat? Would cutting out the carbs completely work? should i increase morning cardio intensity? swole i think you once posted a 7 day pre-competition diet. would this be of any help?
