Sleep is good but 4am-3pm is 11 hours which is a little excessive... 8 hours is good. shoot for that and spend more time working on your calves.![]()
no harm done except that with some people if they oversleep they are actually dragging the rest of the day.
i get hunger pains while i sleep, is it bad to sleep thru the hunger pains?
i know of some people that wake up and chug down a shake in the middle of the night. something you might want to consider doing....also like the boys said 8 should be enough, but if you find that you function well on 11 then go for it.
how the hell do you manage your time to spend 11 hour on sleeping ?
what is your secret ? lol

I sleep 8-9 hours every night, no exceptions, sometimes i get hunger pains and I cant even sleep through them, not that I would anyway, hunger pains are your bodys way of telling you it needs food, so you gotta feed it, wheather it be a protein shake or whatever, just get something in there.Originally Posted by small_calves
I also find that sleeping as much as you do leaves me feeling groggy and bogged down the next day.
Well, I'm one of those weird people that actually NEEDS 10 hours of solid sleep a night. If I get even nine I'll get exremely sleepy during the day.
And I always have to get up at least once and eat something, usually always a protein shake (I prefer calcium caseinate at night in skim milk).
when you tend to feel draggy after ONLY nine most likely means you most likely overslept. when you over sleep you feel even more tired and draggy the rest of the day.Originally Posted by johnsomebody
For me if I don't get ten hours I'll start nodding off whenever I've sat down for more than 15 minutes or so. Ten hours sleep and I have no problem with getting sleepy all day. 9.5 or less and I'm nodding off all day.
bro after a heavy night of drinking im known to sleep for like 15 hours. of course i wake up once in a while and drink sumthin or go to the bathroom but pass right back out.Originally Posted by J-F
