definitely between 50-75 a week on myself....plus the cost of supplements...whey, flax, rala, vs and biotin.
I spent well over $100, but that's because my lazy ass eats out a lot.

I've cut back since I stopped bulking. I was spending a couple hundred a week on food. I was eating out for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Now I cook a lot more and spend a lot less. I'm at about $100 per week now.
Around $125, i dont think its that expensive considering a night on the town dont come to much less than this. And of course i save this as i dont get smashed every weekend due to training.
Always Bargain hunt, i have like 30-40tins of tuna here as they was half price i loaded up. lol
too much
about 75/wk
things like tuna i wait till they are on special or for bargain.
chicken breast i buy in bulk, every 2 weeks, then i cut away and place in freezer bags.
bulk on oats
bulk on brown rice
I'm usually around $60 a week depending on if I'm getting some fish or eathing tuna.
$150 at the very least. I enjoy the finer things in life like filet mignons and vietnamese scallops, and I eat them 3 times a week.
good poll.
bout $500 a month... but there is 3 of us.
i'd say about 100 a week that's for everything!!!
redmeat
chicken
tuna
turkey
eggs and egg whites
oats
ww pasta
ww bread
sweet potatoes
Cottage cheese
Milk
nat PB
Almonds or cashews
That's pretty much what my cart looks like every week and it's about 100 buck give or take a few bucks.
$75 week on me
Another $100 week on the family, not counting baby formula!
