I'm sure plenty of people will dissagree with me, but if you're trying to gain IMO use whole milk or at least 2%. (and don't forget to add a few scoops of ice cream!)
as long as you are working out hard and keeping your meats lean a little milk fat won't hurt, and it goes a long way to help texture and taste. but again, a strict nutritionist will tell you the lighter the milk the better.
What is your goal? To put some mass on or drop some fat? If your goal is to put on mass then a LITTLE skim milk won't hurt, but I don't use it. If your cutting some fat, then I wouldn't use any at all.Originally Posted by ripped4fsu
