    Full Creamed Milk Protein Shake

    bad idea?
    even though i'm skinny would it be better to take my protein shakes with slimmed milke or even water?

    I'm sure plenty of people will dissagree with me, but if you're trying to gain IMO use whole milk or at least 2%. (and don't forget to add a few scoops of ice cream!)
    as long as you are working out hard and keeping your meats lean a little milk fat won't hurt, and it goes a long way to help texture and taste. but again, a strict nutritionist will tell you the lighter the milk the better.

    What is your goal? To put some mass on or drop some fat? If your goal is to put on mass then a LITTLE skim milk won't hurt, but I don't use it. If your cutting some fat, then I wouldn't use any at all.

    use water pwo with dextrose. all others can use what you want depending on goals

    only for weight training p.w. if you use dextrose p.w. after cario you completely stop lyposis.

    what would you recommend for pw cardio...protein/fat meal...say maybe 40 grams whey with flax oil...14g ....is that o.k

    I use just water mainly.... I might throw in a couple raw eggs every once in awhile to add some texture....

    that wouldnt be bad. i would up the protein to around 50g's. My p.w. protein is around 65g's, but that because I was on AAS and I was anywhere from 260-300 pounds.
