I am going to the Linkin Park concert in about an hour, and I am going to be there all night. I just ate my last meal before I leave, and I am goign to have to eat probably 2-3 times more before the night is over. The meals are my Pro/Fat meals.... what should I do? I was thinking about buying a couple of those Atkins protein bars and sneaking them in and just eating one of those with a flax tablet or two.... OR I could do that for one meal and get a hot dog with no bun and eat it plain or with mustard on it, but they really don't have much protein in them, I would probably have to eat 2 of them. What do you guys think? Any ideas?
