i´m currently bulking and eating at least 3000 cals/day.. i started to gain weight realy easy but i think its just fat, im at about 13-14%BF.. now i cant decide if i should continue to bulk with this fat-filled food, or if i should stop.. i mean most of the weight will dissapear when i start ripping right? am i wining anything by continuing bulking? i figure that only thing im doing now is to add days to the ripping process
what do you think?
