5:00 AM- Cardio on empty stomach 30-45 min’s
5:45 AM- PWO shake (no flax here)
NO, THIS NEEDS NEEDS TO BE A FAT PROTEIN MEAL. YOU DON'T (IN MY OPINION) NEED DEXTROSE HERE WHEN TRYING TO CUT. IT BLUNTS LIPOLYISIS, WHICH CAN CARRY ON.
6:30 AM- PPWO meal
8 egg whites
1 cup of oatmeal (if the weight isnt dropping cut this to ½ cup)
flax
YOU DEFINITELY DON'T NEED TO HAVE A FULL CUP HERE. 1/2 CUP ISN'T THAT BAD, BUT DON'T USE FLAX HERE, MAYBE A COUPLE OF WHOLE EGGS AS WELL.
11:15 AM- Lunch
2 cans Tuna (or one large chicken breast)
½ cup brown rice or ½ cup of oatmeal (if you arent loosing weight cut this out)
THE CARBS AREN'T NECESSARY. ADD VEGGIES.
3:45 PM- Pre workout meal
2 cans Tuna (or large amount of protien)
1 cup brown rice, or 1 cup oatmeal (carb up)
WE JUST EXPLAINED THIS, EATING CARBS BEFORE A WORKOUT LIKE THIS DOESN'T INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF STORES OR ENERGY YOU HAVE DURING THE WORKOUT, THEY NEED TO BE EATEN 6 HOURS BEFORE TO EFFECT ANYTHING.
Train 4:30- 5:30/6:00
5:30-6:00 PM- PWO shake
2 scoops protien and dextrose (or half a gatorade)

7:00 PM- Dinner
Chicken, Tuna, or Steak (preferably beef)
Veggies- salad or broccoli
½ cup Rice, or ½ a yam (need moderate carbs here)

10:00 PM- pre sleep protien
1 cup cottage cheese
or tuna/ chicken
