this maybe a lame question to some, but i've heard some concerns that when you piss alot its because your kidney or is it liver is failing? someone told me that, but i think that's BS
im not sure on the exact number.. but im around at least 10 times a day..
break down of my water intake
2 glasses of water first thing in the AM
1L during cardio
1-2 glasses after cardio
1 glass with every meal (5-6 glasses)
.5-1L of water during workout
i notice if i take an ECA stack or anything with caffiene i seem to piss alot more. and whenenever i take creatine, my creatine mix has 1L of water.. i have to piss like crazy after that workout
i know you lose potassium everytime you piss, and im sure there is lots of other things to.. anyone think i should get some potasium pills? or not worry about it
i definatly know im hydrated as for 95% of the time its pretty much clear as it can get. i get dehydrated fairly easily, so i always drink up when i can
