Adding fiberous veggies to Fat/Protein Meals?
While on a cutting diet, would adding 1 cup of Green Beans (4.7 Carbs) to a meal consisting of let's say a can of tuna/tablespoon of Olive oil be detrimental, if not, could I possibly add some more green beans for filling me up.

Im pretty sure that you can eat large amounts of fibrous vegetables all day long...They have a lot of dietary fiber, always good on cutting diets devoid of fiber, and a lot of water weight so they fill you up. Hit the broccoli, mushrooms, cucumber, zucchini, spinach, cauliflower, etc...I think green beans are alright...
No corn or carrot...

yeah, you can't really go wrong w/fibrous veggies. most of my protein/fat meals include them..and green beans are one of the best choices. basically anything green.

Eat them up. They play a very minimal effect on the GI Index. Make sure NOT to count them in as some of your calories either.

Why not? Many of them still have some carbs, some fats, or some protein...For example 4 oz of broccoli is 3 protein...Not bad...Same for spinach and mushrooms!

that 3g of protein can get easily broken down and not used for nutrtion needs just because it gets used up for digestion, not actually make it to muscle tissue.
everytime you eat say 30g of protein.. some of that gets used up in the digestion process.
nothing wrong with adding fibourous low GI carbs with fat.
fat will slow the digestion of the low gi carb even more.. yielding any even lower GI

i dont think i'd be able to eat just protein and fats all days without veggies...you can eat 3 cups of lettuce to feel nice and full and not worry about it....all of the other greens mentioned above are also great choices.
