Hey i've been on a diet that allowed almost no mixture of fat and carbs. Is the issue that serious? Also can consuming dairy hurt you in the long run?

its best to utilize them in the right places. carbs- post-workout from weight training, fats- post-workout from cardio...

LOL @ Elliot!
I'm just as lost as you are bro. Will, where do you come up with this stuff?
Please read the other threads, mainly the ones I and others have responded to your questions in, and you'll see the answers are extremely clear.
Incidently, and not to make you look silly, but the answers you need can actually be found in the sticky atop the page. Hold off on the typin' and do some readin' bro. Every other day you ask a question that comes out of no-where, totally left field, outer space type shiznit. That is fine as we are here to learn, but we can only type and re-type the same answers over and over and over again w/out having to say "do a search" or "read the sticky".
As well, I've noticed your fluctuation between bulking/dieting/bulking/dieting/etc., trying to find a happy medium. Choose one or the other, put something together, and let fly! These posts are surely not going to help you construct anything if you can't find the answers. So, now you know where to begin looking.

I would, but it seems like I am typing this same reply or one w/a similar gist, to all of his posts as of late. Just don't understand where the communication is failing.

Swole, I'd like to see some pics of you from 5, 10 years ago to see how you transformed. You are inspiring. What are your personal bests in some lifts? What were some of your high points and low points? Sorry this is in the wrong forum...but I had to ask.
Later bros.

Hey there!
Pics from 5 years ago I MAY have somewhere, yes. 10 years I dunno about.........
Personal best in lifts I never recorded, simply because I never focused on any powerlifting type routines, in that I never cared "how much I could bench" ,etc. I did at one point, but once I could bench 300, I then didn't really care too much. I realize now that going heavy and trying to be the biggest in the gym/city/etc., takes it's toll, and it's only a matter of time before injury sets you back, and sets you back REAL far.
Case in point........it's been 9 months since I had surgery to repair BOTH patella tendons that were totally ruptured off the knee-cap.........so basically your legs from the knees down are not attached w/the tendon, and fold back and smack your (__!__) and there was nothing I could do about it. I'm about 60% right now, legs may be just a TAD (like 5%) smaller than before the injury, but I know when I am healed, and I heal correctly by lifting intelligently, that I'll even be bigger than before. Through this incident, I also found out that my legs respond better to higher reps, than to lower ones. I don't mean doing leg extensions only w/light weight for quads, I mean squats and 45 degree leg presses......they just seem to blow up better, so I keep that in my routine.
My left shoulder also acted up yesterday after a relatively heavy day of benching. That shoulder has been dislocated 3 times (not lifting related, sports and accident related), but has been fine for 3 years. After working out yesterday (Chest/shoulders), I went to move and point quickly and felt a little "twinge" and a strange noise like inside of my head almost, and I was like "ouch, dammmmmn"........and it was fine, but I put the ultrasonic machine on it and said, "Yup, time to treat the rest of the body like my legs"........nice , slow, controlled, put my ego aside, lower the weights, and make my form A LOT SLOWER AND BETTER.
I don't wish to be any bigger, I just want to refine what I have and keep it as long as I can. I'll be 32 soon, so my goal is to always look great, and be an icon for those who want to push for a physique like mine. As a trainer, being a huge swollen GH monster would not attract much clientele anyhow, so it's better for my health and for me personally as a businessman.
I'm aiming for printwork and videos/t.v./commercial appearances, and the leaner/toned/but still "YOKED" look is what I'll go for, but I won't be competing in any bench press constests. As long as I look like I can bench 400+ lbs., that is all that really matters to me as that is the goal of my lifting. I.E., to look insanely strong, not neccessarily having to be. I'm strong don't get me wrong, but no insane records here or anything like that.
Thanks for asking!

one thing i say to many people....how many girls while underneath you ask how much you bench, squat or leg press? unless you are a power lifter then $hit like this is no biggie...at least IMO
