check out my diet, SC others
thank you for checking this out
I am hovering over 10% weigh 170
current cycle
300 eq + 350 prop
Diet to gain lean mass and lose fat
Meal #1:
6 oz. lean meat
4 egg whites
½ cupof oats
Meal #2:
Protein Shake: approx. 300-350cal
protein pwder and whipping cream 2tbsp
Meal #3:
8 oz. lean meat
1 cup brown rice
1 cup of vegs
Meal #4:
dextrose and protein 500 cals
Meal #5:
8 oz. Chicken Breast, Turkey, Fish, Lean Pork (tenderloin)
2 cups of vegetables
Meal #6:
5 egg whites + 5 oz. turkey
½ cup of vegs
