    How much protein in egg whites?

    Isn't it around 7 or so per eggwhite?

    Nope a whole egg has 6-7 grams and the white has about 4.
    check out www.fitday.com or the FDA database for actual numbers.

    When I make egg white omlets I only count each egg as 4-5. Thats why I use at least 6 eggs!
