    Question Flaxseed oil and protein shake

    sorry... im new... where do i get flaxseed oil??? how much is it??? and how important do you think it is???

    also... if money is not an issue... what do you guys think of nitrotech as a PWO shake with a banana??? I am trying to cut weight and im not on any gear.

    p.s. id rather not buy the flaxseed oil online

    yeah it is a waste of money.. you can get flaxseed oil at any vitamin shoppe its like 10$ for 16 ounces or something like that make sure its the oil not tablets..
