I used to use it. I have since swtiched to dextrose.
Dextrose such as cell tech? Any out there with out creatine in it?
Cell Tech is highly over-priced. Make your own w/kool aid, dextrose, creatine, r-ala, v.s, and biotin, and heck, glutamine while you're at it.
However, those cutting who are using dextrose may not want creatine in it, as it does cause bloating in some people. Sub-Q water is said to not be an issue w/most who take creatine, but I know that quite a lot of people do appear far leaner w/much more definition w/out it.

I put in two scoops of gatorade powder in my protein drinks after a workout, even when cutting right now.
I find dextrose way too sweet for me.
I too use gatorage PWO.
interesting, i found gatorade to be really sweet..though welcomed due to any sweet cravings i had...but dextrose to me is not as sweet. anyway in regards to the question powdered gatorade is fine as dextrose is the 2nd ingredient on the label.Quote:

I don't know too much about what is a good source or how many post workout carbs someone might need, I just have to post on the fact that gatorade is made up mostly of artificial sweetners and colors and on the whole that crap is so bad for you. IMHO if you are putting this much time and effort into working out and getting your body inshape, you should put some time into finding natural and additive free supplements for your body as well.
never tried gatorade pwo before..as dex has been giving me great results..
what is the cheapest dextrose source?
SWOLE... what products are out there (if any) that have the combination that you described, without creatine (im trying to lose some weight)... im looking more for convenience than saving money right now
also.. should i think about using creatine even though im cutting weight right now??? and just keep in mind that i will lose the water when im done with it???
