This is my curant bulking diet, I know I know its clean but I have never really had a bulking diet that was not clean and always make good solid gains. Also I have alot of extras in my MRP and Whey shakes ie Bananas, Peanut Butter Whole-Milk and Flax.
Any comments good or bad.
