Hey Guys when i hit roid will i want to change anything...or should i change anything as of now...
I am 20, 245 18 % BF
1st meal 7am middle of the night whey milk and gainer
2nd bagel with peanut butter, whey milk and gainer
WORKOUT
3rd whey milk and gainer and tuna sandy with one can tuna
4th potatoes or brown rice with either chicken or eggs with veggies
5th can tuna with bagel
6th can of tuna with bagel
7th can of tuna with bagel
cals are 4000 prot is 320
VITs are 2-3 multis 1000 vit C 1000 ui E
4L of water
*thats my diet from monday to fri when i workout...sat and sun are a little more lazy since im not working out...should i keep the same thing everyday?
on sat and sunday i get in about 2500-3000 cals 230g prot.
