I have been lifting weights for a while now and it sucks to realize that your diet is really the key. After being home for about a month without doing any exercise and eating whatever is in sight. I have gained fat along my stomach and sides. Although I am a skinny guy at 6'3 176-178 I would still like to lose that and gain as much muscle as possible when I start working out again next month. ( I stopped because of shoulder surgery)
I have read the stickie above, I am basically looking for different "gain lean mass" diets. If you are on a such diet, please post it. The more info the better, thanks a lot guys.
