In a shake or microwaved. Add artificial sweetener.

Boil or stick it in a shake and down with it.

1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup soy milk, 1 packet splenda. Then, I let it dry out for like 10 mins. It's delish! Add cinnamon if you get bored
Boiled with maple syrup mixed in and a bit of milk.
I grab a cup of oatmeal, about a cup of water... nuke it for 3mins, then add a tons of brown sugar twin on it and a small spoon full of peanut butter and mix it....
